De Stefani Natural Wine Col Fondo DOC Prosecco 2020
Creamy foam, light straw yellow colour, intense bread crust aroma, harmonious taste, fresh, dry and with a medium body.
Ronan by Clinet Bordeaux Blanc 2019
Showing a youthful, pale straw-lemon color. Expressive out of the gate, with aromas of white grapefruit, white flowers, yuzu fruit, crushed stone, and lemongrass. Assertively crisp, with a citrusy attack followed by a tense, mineral-driven palate. Unoaked and super-refreshing, the wine is perfectly structured for enjoyment as an aperitif or to pair with a wide variety of cheeses and lighter fare. Drink now - 2024
Pazo dos Celtas Albarino 2020
Rias Baixas in Galicia, northern Spain, has been called in some quarters a wine 'garden of Eden'. Think steep, lush green slopes down to bright blue rivers with vineyards adding even more colour to the landscape. Albarino is the grape hero of this beautiful region, with the fresh and saline white wnes from these hillsides notably lively and vibrant. Here, we see that classic Rias Baixas form, with crunch but also texture. Width of flavour, but energy too
Roberto Sarotto Dolcetto d'Alba DOC 2020
A stunning ruby red in colour with deep notes of purple in certain lights. This wine is light, fruity and delicious, with a dry aftertaste. You’ll be getting smooth and balanced wine that also has a touch of spiciness adding a little more complexity to the palette.
Mazzei Zisola Nero D'Avola Sicilia DOC Biologico 2017
Zisola is made only from traditional “Alberello” (bushy) vines grown near Noto, an unique area to make wine. The proximity of the sea and the soil rich in limestone allow to best balance the natural Nero d’Avola exuberance, with a great freshness and elegance.
Well built, forest fruits and sunny orange peel flavors, long and layered taste.
Food pairing: Spicy fish soups, savoury pasta and rice dishes, grilled red meats and vegetables
Maramai Chianti DOCG 2016
Deep dark red black tinged core with a dark red hue. Ripe blackcurrant and dark cherry aromas mix with dried herbs, scorched earth, tobacco and spicy old leather notes. Medium bodied with a soft, elegant mouthfeel, the palate features dark currant and dark cherry fruits over earthy tobacco characters, old cedar and spice. Polished tannins concluding with medium length.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
Chateau Prieure Marquet La Chartreuse Bordeaux Superieur 2015
This rich 2015 vintage offers a judicious blend of dark fruits and freshness that give this beautiful Bordeaux admirable balance.
