    Tyrrell's Old Winery Shiraz 2019
    Deep red in colour with a bright purple rim. A smooth, soft and spicy red wine with aromas of dark ripe fruit and subtle vanillin oak. The palate is full of rich shiraz flavours and is supported by firm tannins which provide good length and complexity.

    Vivaldi Merlot
    Vivaldi created music for all to share and enjoy so we created a range of wines with the same ethos. Easy drinking, food friendly wines designed to be enjoyed and shared. Juicy plum and blackcurrants abound with a touch of delicious dark chocolate. The palate is fine, long and silky smooth.

    Zodiac Shiraz NV
    Just like Astrology, great wine too is dependent on the perfect alignment of the Sun, Moon and the planets. The Zodiac range is a celebration of these stars aligning. Vibrant purple in colour with concentrated aromas of baked plum, black cherries and dark chocolate. The palate is plump and rich, with layers of red and black berry fruits, spicy oak with a silky smooth finish.

    Short Break Cabernet Sauvignon NV
    Getaway for a Short Break with this range of delicious, easy drinking wines from all your favourite varietals. The Short break Cabernet Sauvignon is choc-full of blackcurrant, blueberry and mulberry with hints of eucalypt and white pepper. The palate is luscious and long with silky smooth tannins.

    Small Talk Shiraz NV
    Classic Australian Shiraz with spicy aromas that are combined with peppery, savoury notes and flavours of ripe red berries that are fresh and lively. With light tannins that balance the wine out well it is not hard to see why Small Talk Shiraz sets tongues wagging.

    Little Red Robin Merlot NV
    Little Red Merlot is just bursting berry fruit flavours with a touch of oak. The tannins are fine yet firm, adding a great deal of structure to this flavoursome wine. It's smooth, soft and velvety with flash raspberry and powdery cocoa tannins.

    Our delivery partners

    mixedcases.com.au carrier partner is Australia Post. All wine orders can be delivered free of charge to any nominated address in Australia, excluding TAS & some remote areas where a $20 surcharge in added.

    Australia Post will deliver Monday to Friday between the hours of 9.00 am - 5.00 pm. Most of our customers give instructions to leave the wine in a safe place as this is by far the easiest way to ensure you get your wine on time.  If the person accepting the delivery is out and there are no specific delivery instructions, Australia Post will leave a card indicating that they were unable to deliver your wine. Your case/cases will be returned to your nearest Post Office for your collection. Cases not collected within 14 days of the initial attempted delivery will be returned to us and a mixedcases.com.au Customer Service agent will contact you to arrange re-delivery and payment of re-delivery fees if required. Please note that we cannot accept instructions to contact you as Australia Post delivery couriers cannot call before delivery.

    mixedcases.com.au will not deliver to anyone less than 18 years of age. If there is any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, our delivery drivers are obliged to request some form of photographic ID. If that recipient is unable to produce appropriate ID then the delivery driver will be unable to leave the wine.

    Our delivery areas

    We deliver wine to all states in Australia, except for the Northern Territory. mixedcases.com.au will not deliver to areas that are classified by the Australian Government as dry zones or Australian Islands that are classified as in International Waters.

    mixedcases.com.au will not deliver to the following restricted areas: 4605, 4713, 4816, 4825, 4830, 4871, 4873, 4874, 4876 and 4895.

    mixedcases.com.au does not currently offer deliveries to international addresses.

    Our delivery charges

    mixedcases.com.au offers FREE Shipping on all orders nationwide excluding TAS & select remote locations. These will incur a flat rate surcharge of $20 for the entire order.

    Our delivery lead-times:

    We normally despatch orders the same day if they are received before 1pm AEST on a business day. If orders are received after 1pm AEST they will be despatched the following business day. Once collected by our delivery partner, the estimated delivery times are:

      VIC/ACT/WA/SA - 3-7 business days depending on location. Please allow up to 3 additional days for country and rural areas.

    If you have placed an order and you have not received it within 14 days, please email us at hello@mixedcases.com.au and we will seek to remedy the situation as soon as possible.

    Broken or damaged goods

    Claims for any broken or damaged goods must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to hello@mixedcases.com.au

    Quality

    If you're not happy with any wines you bought from us we will credit you for the amount of that bottle. If you bought multiple bottles of a particular wine, then we will refund them as well, excluding freight, as soon as we have collected the rest of the wine from you and it is received back into our warehouse; provided that you have only opened one bottle and the remaining bottles are in a saleable condition.

    If you are not satisfied with the quality of the goods you have received from YourWines.com.au contact us by email hello@mixedcases.com.au within two weeks of receipt of goods. 

    Returns

    If a wine is to be returned MixedCases.com.au will arrange to collect the wine from you at a mutually convenient time. You must keep the wine in a safe place and take reasonable care of it. Wine should be returned in its original packaging or packed to avoid breakage during transport back to MixedCases.com.au.  Sendle/Couriers Please will collect and the wine within four days.

    Refunds

    Any refunds due will be actioned within 30 days after MixedCases.com.au was notified of the reason, provided any wine being returned to us is received in original saleable condition.
