    Southern Constellations Chardonnay NV
    Southern Constellations Chardonnay has a distinctive nose and displays a lovely tropical fruit aroma. Citrus and honeydew flavours are further complexed by gentle French oak aging. This wine is silky smooth with a rich creamy finish.

    Yellow Tail Pinot Grigio NV
    Pinot Grigio is an Italian grape variety that grows very well in Australia's warm climate, creating wines of not only great drinking, but excellent for matching with food. This wine shows classic characters of nashi pear, green apples and floral notes with a hint of pineapple, but better still, it makes you feel like you've made a little trip to Italy when you drink it.

    Tyrrells Old Winery Chardonnay 2023
    The Old Winery Chardonnay is a modern take on traditional Chardonnay style. Harvested slightly earlier to maintain natural acidity and freshness, the wine received minimal oak and was matured on yeast lees to gain extra texture and complexity. A medium bodied wine with aromas of stone fruit and subtle vanillin oak. The palate is generously flavoured with white peach citrus characters and a clean, crisp finish. Serve slightly chilled. An deal accompaniment to a wide variety of cuisines such as seafood, vegetarian, chicken and creamy sauce pasta dishes.

    Children of the Revolution Rose 2022
    A blushing rose that is lighter in style but lacking none of the flavour. It's go vibrant berry aromas and a hint of strawberries and cream that is immediately enticing. The palate is vital and fresh with sweet berry fruit and a bust of cleansing acidity.

    Yellow Tail Riesling NV
    Light in colour, [ yellow tail ] Riesling exhibits lemon, lime and orange blossom aromas. Luscious and lively with fresh fruit and delicate cinnamon undertones, and soft round palate this wine is bursting with flavour.

    Magic Box Collection Sublime Sauvy Sauvignon Blanc 2021
    Bright and clean with a delicate green tint, The Magic Box Sublime Sauvy Blanc has aromas of delicious passionfruit, citrus and stone fruit. The palate showcases vibrant zesty citrus and tropical fruit balanced by moderate acid with a delightfully crisp finish.

    Our delivery partners

    mixedcases.com.au carrier partner is Australia Post. All wine orders can be delivered free of charge to any nominated address in Australia, excluding TAS & some remote areas where a $20 surcharge in added.

    Australia Post will deliver Monday to Friday between the hours of 9.00 am - 5.00 pm. Most of our customers give instructions to leave the wine in a safe place as this is by far the easiest way to ensure you get your wine on time.  If the person accepting the delivery is out and there are no specific delivery instructions, Australia Post will leave a card indicating that they were unable to deliver your wine. Your case/cases will be returned to your nearest Post Office for your collection. Cases not collected within 14 days of the initial attempted delivery will be returned to us and a mixedcases.com.au Customer Service agent will contact you to arrange re-delivery and payment of re-delivery fees if required. Please note that we cannot accept instructions to contact you as Australia Post delivery couriers cannot call before delivery.

    mixedcases.com.au will not deliver to anyone less than 18 years of age. If there is any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, our delivery drivers are obliged to request some form of photographic ID. If that recipient is unable to produce appropriate ID then the delivery driver will be unable to leave the wine.

    Our delivery areas

    We deliver wine to all states in Australia, except for the Northern Territory. mixedcases.com.au will not deliver to areas that are classified by the Australian Government as dry zones or Australian Islands that are classified as in International Waters.

    mixedcases.com.au will not deliver to the following restricted areas: 4605, 4713, 4816, 4825, 4830, 4871, 4873, 4874, 4876 and 4895.

    mixedcases.com.au does not currently offer deliveries to international addresses.

    Our delivery charges

    mixedcases.com.au offers FREE Shipping on all orders nationwide excluding TAS & select remote locations. These will incur a flat rate surcharge of $20 for the entire order.

    Our delivery lead-times:

    We normally despatch orders the same day if they are received before 1pm AEST on a business day. If orders are received after 1pm AEST they will be despatched the following business day. Once collected by our delivery partner, the estimated delivery times are:

    1. METRO AREAS: NSW - 2-3 business days

      VIC/ACT/WA/SA - 3-7 business days depending on location. Please allow up to 3 additional days for country and rural areas.

    If you have placed an order and you have not received it within 14 days, please email us at hello@mixedcases.com.au and we will seek to remedy the situation as soon as possible.

    Returns information

    Broken or damaged goods

    Claims for any broken or damaged goods must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to hello@mixedcases.com.au

    Quality

    If you're not happy with any wines you bought from us we will credit you for the amount of that bottle. If you bought multiple bottles of a particular wine, then we will refund them as well, excluding freight, as soon as we have collected the rest of the wine from you and it is received back into our warehouse; provided that you have only opened one bottle and the remaining bottles are in a saleable condition.

    If you are not satisfied with the quality of the goods you have received from YourWines.com.au contact us by email hello@mixedcases.com.au within two weeks of receipt of goods. 

    Returns

    If a wine is to be returned MixedCases.com.au will arrange to collect the wine from you at a mutually convenient time. You must keep the wine in a safe place and take reasonable care of it. Wine should be returned in its original packaging or packed to avoid breakage during transport back to MixedCases.com.au.  Sendle/Couriers Please will collect and the wine within four days.

    Refunds

    Any refunds due will be actioned within 30 days after MixedCases.com.au was notified of the reason, provided any wine being returned to us is received in original saleable condition.
